1. What payment method do you accept?

2. What CURRENCY are you using for pricing?
All the prices are in US Dollars. For international buyer, your payment will be exchanged to US dollars automatically at the time you place your order. For more information regarding currency exchanges, please contact PayPal or your credit card company for help.
3. Can you ship the item to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. So please feel free to shop with us.
4. When will you ship my order?
Orders are normally being processed within 1 business day after payments are received and cleared. For any national holiday or outage, we'll post the info on our website and reply you automatically via emails.
5. How will you ship our order?
Retail orders will be shipped via postal first class mail and tracking info, if applicable, will be emailed automatically once available. For shipping rates and return policies, please check out "Shipping & Return" page for more information. For wholesale orders, please contact your account manager for more information.
6. Do you accept returns?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, if for any other reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may also return new, unopened items back to us in original package and we will issue full refund for the product only. Please note, shipping costs will NOT be refundable in this case and you are responsible for the return shipping cost as well. 7. Who is responsible for the import taxes or duties?
Customers are responsible for the custom and import duties for any orders being shipped to outside of USA. Please check with your local custom department for more information.

9. I received my order of nail stamping plates and it is not working. Do you have any tip on how to use this item?
Tip #1: Each of our nail plates has a tight, blue, protective film. If you haven’t already, please remove this film before using.
Tip #2: Technique can sometimes be an issue. Practice, practice and practice…makes perfect.
Tip #3: Stamper, scraper or nail plate needs to be cleaned frequently.
Sometimes after repeated use, the stamper may acquire residue and debris on the stamping surface or the stamper can be too smooth. We recommend only using pure acetone polish remover and avoid using any polish remover that is “moisturizing” as they contain oils that will affect the stamper from picking up a clean image from the plate.
To remove excess smoothness on the stamper, we recommend using a rubber eraser and rub the stamper surface lightly and evenly to clean off any debris or oil left behind from repeated use. Other possible issues could be the scraper. Some users find that using a metal scraper does not work and a plastic card works better. It really takes some trial and error to find the best method for you.
